Guidelines for the Centrum for Health and Wellbeing 1. Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. Your body is dehydrated for hours while you sleep. Drink full glasses of water first thing in the morning to help with digestion, detoxification, skin health, and energy. 2. Start with a positive attitude. Do something that brings you joy first thing in the morning, such as journaling or taking a stroll in the outdoors. The rest of your day can be influenced by how you begin it, whether it's by unwinding or accomplishing a lot. 3. Ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Getting enough sleep is just as important as eating right and exercising. Getting the recommended amount of sleep each night can improve your productivity, focus, and general well-being. 4. Fourth: Take a breath. Every day, 30 minutes of sun exposure—whether from reading or exercise—provides vitamin D. 5. Engage in a little exercise each day. Ride your bike or take a stroll around the office instead of using the elevator. While mild to moderate exercise is acceptable, moving around daily will improve your health and vitality. 6. Don't forget to record your steps. Try recording your steps if you want to see how far you've come and perhaps even inspire yourself to set a new step goal each day. 7. Breathe. Staring at a computer screen all day will wear out your eyes. Every twenty minutes, take a quick break from your computer to avoid eye strain. 8.Consume real food. When we talk about real food, we mean foods that are straightforward, unprocessed, and made with just one ingredient. Increase your intake of these foods if you want to feel better physically, mentally, and energetically. 9. Watch how you snack. It's easy to snack mindlessly throughout the day, so stay away from the heavy snacks. Try some dark chocolate, mixed nuts, Greek yogurt, or vegetables to satisfy your hunger. 10. Vitamins must be taken. Multivitamins provide essential nutrients. In spite of eating a healthy diet, you may still be lacking in certain nutrients. Select a multivitamin that is beneficial to both your body and you.
